Can the cable of the TinniTool be
changed?

The optical fibre can not be replaced
separately. We only can change the whole TinniTool. For this, you have to send
the TinniTool to our DistriCenter:
DisMark Distri Center -
Gebäude E2 / Tor 53 - CH-8423 Embrach-Embraport. If you want to receive the new TinniTool immediately, you get it
with a bill. If we receive the defective device back and it turnes out an
guarantee case, the invoice becomes credited.
